1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Codespaces Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Services Provided

Codespaces Solutions provides software development, mobile app development, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project quotation or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are to be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Malaysian law.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights for the developed software will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees. Codespaces Solutions retains the right to use non-proprietary techniques and libraries developed during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Codespaces Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
